An interesting debate is on. Nano achieved an incredible global PR coup when it launched it's new mini mini mini car for the people at the world famous Geneva Auto Show. Now accidents and headlines and questions about quality (like this) are raising questions:
- is their launch a failure? or a still a success?
- is this the downside of hype?
- or do product issues at launch affect the brand?
- is this still a brand launch coup?
