A fair number of shops may not get SM, but there are still way too many brands who don't even get the online space in general. While part of what agencies do is supposed to be about educating them, there are still too many clueless brands running lose who don’t get it.

Ones who still think if they take their print and run it as a banner ad now, all of a sudden they have this amazing online ‘integrated’ campaign.
